6-18 MONTH MOTHER'S PEER SUPPORT GROUP
Mondays 7:30-8:30PM
Mamas with children ages 6 to 18 Months are invited to a weekly HRP Mamas Mother's Peer Support Group. This group is facilitator-led.

During the one-hour session we go around for weekly check-ins/updates, highs and lows - and then we move to open discussion, questions, and special topics of interest. Every week is an opportunity to ask questions, ask for advice, and engage in conversation with your peers.

Peer support groups are wonderful environments for community building and support. Get to know mama friends in your own neighborhood while you navigate the months before toddlerhood. Many mamas meet at the HRP Mamas peer support groups and then meet-up in person too. Participants are provided a private chat group with which to coordinate meet-ups and more.

Topics that regularly come up include:

• Intro to Solids
• Sleep routines and struggles
• Developmental play
• Preparing for Preschool
• Limit setting

HRP Mamas Mother’s Circles are included free of charge with membership to HRP Mamas. We meet in a live, un-recorded, private, Zoom session.


HRP Mamas Mother’s Circles are facilitated by Anna Grossman. Anna has completed trainings with both Seleni and Postpartum Support International on Maternal Mental Health and Perinatal Mood Disorders. She is a mom of two children, ages 13 and 18. Anna is the founder and director of HRP Mamas.
