First Steps Sleep Workshop: 0-9 months

This interactive workshop is geared towards parents looking for guidance on how to navigate the murky sleep waters of the first nine months of their child's life. Whether you are looking for sleep and nap strategies for those rough first few months, or simply looking to think ahead and learn about - or plan a sleep training program that is right for you and your older baby. Brooke Nalle will provide both an overview of guidance as well as address your specific sleep training/ scheduling questions.
We will discuss:
• Infant sleep patterns
• Schedules: eating and sleeping
• Sleep routines
• Nap routines
• Strategies to improve nights and naps
Brooke Nalle, MS Ed. Bank Street College of Education is the owner and founder of Sleepy On Hudson.
She offers families highly individualized sleep solutions that speak to the developmental picture(s) of their children. Her sleep plans are expressly tailored to an individual child's temperament and directly support the family's parenting style. Brooke has been working with families in the New York Area as well as families around the country and as far away as South Africa and Israel for more than 7 years.
