HRP Mamas offers prenatal education workshops for expectant parents:

• Pre/Postnatal Nutrition
• New Dad Bootcamp in partnership with NYC Dads Group

Join other local Downtown Manhattan parents at HRP Mamas Prenatal Workshops & Childbirth Education Classes and at our weekly expectant mom peer support groups!

All our workshops are taught by providers with years of experience in childbirth, lactation and parent education. In addition we work with pelvic health and nutrition experts.

Our prenatal workshops and childbirth education classes are open to ALL expectant parents - whether you are member or not - you are welcome at all HRP Mamas educational events.
