Preschool and Early Education Fair 2026

Meet the directors and staff of Downtown Manhattan preschools, preschool alternatives, daycares and enrichment programs, all in one room and one afternoon. Bring your questions and ask them in person.

Free to attend. Registration is required, and there are two shifts. Choose one.

The fair runs from 11am to 3pm, split into two shifts so the room stays comfortable and you can actually talk to the people you came to see. Same exhibitors in both. Please register for the one you plan to attend.

Shift one 11am to 1pm

Doors open at 11. Best if you want exhibitor time at the start of the day.

Private school admissions workshop

30 September

Ten days after the fair, a separate evening workshop on navigating private preschool and kindergarten admissions in New York City. Held on Zoom, and open to everyone.

When and where Wed 30 Sept, 7.30pm

Until 9pm, online via Zoom. Registration is required and payment is taken in advance. Registering sends you the Zoom link by email.

Who leads it Anita Haber

Nearly thirty years as a director of admissions, development, and parent relations, and the parent of two sons who went through New York City private schools. She is a trustee of a private school board, a long-time TriBeCa resident, and runs a school consultancy.
