In this workshop, we’ll explore howThe Fair Play Method  and regular relationship check-ins can help you share the mental load, communicate effectively, and stay connected as a couple during the transition to parenthood. Learn practical tools to prevent resentment, foster teamwork, and build a balanced partnership so you can thrive together  as new parents.

About: Lucinda Gibbons (she/her) is a Marriage and Family Therapist, Perinatal Mental Health Specialist, Neurodivergent-Affirming Clinician, and Lead Clinical Trainer for the Fair Play Method. She uses a coaching methodology to see individual and couples clients all over the world via the wonders of technology and in her office in South Hamilton, MA, with specialties in men's mental health, rebalancing the domestic workload amongst partners, and corporate consulting.
