HRP Mamas Breastfeeding Support Session [VIRTUAL]
Mamas will share their breastfeeding experiences, challenges, and questions.
This week we will be joined by special guest and breastfeeding expert Quetzal Currie, IBCLC.
Quetzal will help facilitate the conversation, answer breastfeeding questions and pass along some expert tips. Bring your babies and your questions! And since we are doing this via web video meeting, stay in PJ's, pump while we meet, and snack and drink whatever you want.
Discussion follows an “around the room” Q&A format and centers around the questions mamas bring to the group.
Common topics of discussion include:
• 0-3 month routines ( or lack thereof :)
• Breastfeeding and Solids
• Preparing to go back to work and breastfeeding/pumping
• Combining breast and bottles
• Struggles and challenges
