*Please wear socks as the location has a no shoe policy to ensure cleanliness of the space.

*Please note: siblings older than 12 months cannot be accommodated at these sessions.

* This registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.

* We do not offer make-up sessions for sessions you miss.

* Sessions that need to be cancelled by us due to major weather events will be rescheduled the following week or the soonest possible date.

The HRP Mamas Mothers Support Group Series for New Moms

The HRP Mamas Mothers Support Group Series is a weekly facilitated support and informational resource get-together for moms of newborns and infants. This series is guided by child development educators with years of experience leading support groups for new mothers.
 
Mothers meet in a child friendly location and share experiences with each other while getting support on:
-  sleep
-  development
-  establishing routines
-  finding childcare
-  co-parenting and much more!
 
These groups are a wonderful way to receive guided support from childbirth and parent educators, while sowing the seeds for long lasting friendships with other local moms.

While these groups are focused on new mothers, mothers who have had a prior child/children are absolutely welcome to attend with their newborns/infants*.

Our Mothers Support Group Series runs for five weeks and can accommodate a maximum of 12 mothers.
Your group will meet weekly for 1.5 hours.

Dates: Tuesdays from March 3rd to March 31st (3/3 + 3/10+ 3/17 + 3/24+ 3/31)
Time: 12:00 to 1:30PM
Cost: $225 (for package of 5 consecutive weekly sessions)
Location: Playgarden 95 Franklin Street, NYC NY 10013

The facilitator for this session is Erica Lyon.

About Erica Lyon:
Erica Lyon is one of the most renowned childbirth education and parenting experts working in New York City. With almost two decades of experience as a teacher to thousands of New York families, Erica continues to build on her experience through her work as a consultant, teacher, and workshop leader. Prior to founding the Realbirth center in 2003, she was the education coordinator at the Elizabeth Seton Childbearing Center. *Please note: The HRP Mamas Mothers Support Group Series has been set up to serve as a weekly resource for those mamas who would like a guided, structured and focused support group. HRP Mamas also offers a series of 8 free informal peer to peer Mothers Circle gatherings for mothers with newborns. These meet approximately every 2 weeks on days that do not conflict with the support groups. Info about the HRP Mamas Free Drop-in Peer to Peer Mothers Circles is located on the sub-groups by due date.
